With over twenty years of national and international experience, I have worked in multinational corporations, SMEs, and startups across a wide range of sectors, including Space, Defense, Energy, Robotics, Intelligent Transportation, and Artificial Intelligence. As a result of this journey, I founded THE MASTER PROJECTS, a strategic consulting firm specialized in science, engineering, technology, and execution — focused on aligning strategy, structure, and results.

I am among the first professionals worldwide to have simultaneously earned all four Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications as Portfolio, Program, Project, and PMO Director — an achievement that reflects my commitment to excellence and the practical application of advanced leadership and governance models.

My leadership approach combines global vision, strategic thinking, and results orientation, consistently achieving performance ratios well above the industry average. I define myself by a servant, transparent, and fair leadership style, centered on building high-performing, cohesive, and engaged teams.

In parallel with my executive role at THE MASTER PROJECTS, I am pursuing a PhD in Marine Energy and Propulsion at the University of A Coruña (Higher Technical School of Nautical and Marine Engineering), teach university courses at the Catholic University of Ávila, and share insights on the fundamentals of management and project structures through my LinkedIn newsletter: THE MASTER PROJECTS.
